Account Transfers Not Working

I'm in the process of changing servers, as a reseller, and my new host gets the following error message when trying to copy accounts from my old host:

Attempting to login as ****** to (i.p) via ftp (IP and login removed)
Login ok
Uploading Htaccess
Uploading Wrapper
Uploading Dectector
Uploading Packager
Uploading Downloader
Uploading Killer
chmoding scripts
Unable to get uid of remote account...(trace information follows)...HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Not Found
The requested URL /~domain/cgi-bin/cpdownload/cpanelwrap.cgi was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Can anyone please help with this?

I had the same problem, but was able to overcome it by coping multiple accounts. This seemed only to be an issue when moving one account at a time.
