    Default Account with UID 0

Hey I need another root account for another server administrator. This is what I have done so far.
    useradd -o -u 0 usernamehere
    passwd usernamehere
    passwordhere
    /usr/sbin/usermod -G wheel usernamehere

It worked perfectly for a day or so then I get a email from my cpanel warning me about the added root account and after that I can't log in anymore with it... It keeps deleting it. What is causing that and how do I fix it?

I was just told by my tech that it is a security function in WHM that is causing it. If thats true is there a way to disable it or something? and if its not true what else could be causing it?
