Account vanished

Folks, this is driving me nuts.

I have a reseller account, where I've created four accounts/domains, being the one who is causing me problems is ktc.org.br

I have bought a new reseller account for the above domain (ktc.org.br) and it has vanished from the first reseller account.

I cannot login into WHM or CPANEL on the new reseller account for ktc.org.br, only for the old one. How do I get this fixed ?

Can someone help me out on this one ?
