I'm doing an Account Transfer via "Copy an account from another server".

Things to note: I do not run PostgreSQL so that's the reason for that error, but I don't see that as a problem. I've deleted the created cpmove files, and tried again same failure.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Running:
WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.2-R119
RedHat Enterprise 4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
The old server is running the identical WHM/cPanel release however it is a RHE 3 box.
