Hello,
We are having a problem with one of our cpanel servers.
Some of our accounts disappear from WHM after created, others disappear after parking a domain on top of.
Is there a simple way to fix this problem? to see again on WHM those accounts?

Hi,
Its simple just check whether all the domain names has mentioned in the files /etc/localdomains , /etc/trueuserdomains and /etc/userdomains If not then mentioned the domain name in that file and also execute "/scripts/updateuserdomains --force"
That's all your Issue got fixed. Now you can view the domain name in WHM after clicking the List Account option.![]()

touch: cannot touch `etc/secondarymx': No such file or directory
touch: cannot touch `etc/secondarymx': No such file or directory
[updateuserdomains] domain conflict: mydomain.net: /var/cpanel/users/filecrac contains a MAIN domain already owned by myuser at /scripts/updateuserdomains line 189, <PWCACHEENT> line 46.
