Accounts not working - HELP!

Hi,

I have cpanel/WHM installed and it is up and running. I have setup nameservers and IP ranges. And I have added an account to the system.

The domain is resolving to the correct IP address and seems well and all of the configuration in cpanel seems correct.

I have also checked our firewall settings and the relevant access ports are permitted.

However when I try and access the website or ftp site I just get connection failed. The ftp and apache services are up and running.

What could this be? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The problem with only one domain or all?. Could you please tell me your domain name?. Did you check the error log and access log of apache?. Please restart your apache and try again.
