Accounts on second disk dont show disk usage in WHM

    Default Accounts on second disk dont show disk usage in WHM

    On one of the servers I admin the accounts that I have on /home2 (secondary disk) do not show how much space they are using in the list accounts on WHM.

    WHM 8.8.0 cPanel 8.8.0-S74

    Not sure what to do. If I move the account to the /home partion the disk space is reported for the account.

    Did you enabled quotas on the second disk?

    WHM > Initial Quota Setup

    Perhaps /scripts/fixquotas would be more appropriate.

    Yes and Yes

    I even tried the Inital quota setup after formating the disk. Ran fixquotas and initqutas last night with no effect.

    Its the space used column that showing 0Meg on all accounts on /home2.

    I tried /scripts/fixquotas several times with no luck..
    then I rebooted the server and ran it again.. Viola space usage is now being reported..

    hopefully this will help others.
