I have a domain that does NOT appear anywhere except in Active and Inactive Accounts. I cannot delete, altar nor add a cpanel to this account.

How is this resolved? I have a Linux VPS WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113
CentOS 3.5 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
