Add-On domain does not work

just try to setup an add-on domain for a customer (just told him that he can host more than 1 domain on an account so he going and register another domain but...)
now adding an Add-On domain withing the CPanel it does not work and give error: Sorry this entry already exist on httpd.conf
Lokking on te httdp.conf there is nothing.

What's the problem
