Add on Domain Email Account

I have a client that has this domain.com he has a add on domain named domain2.com.


All emails accounts on main domain work great in neomail and also outlook express sending and receiving no problems.

He has email acounts setup under the add on domain a example is test@domain2.com this account works fine in neomail sending and receiving but in outlook only receiving will not work sending mail gives couple of errors.

"relaying prohibited" and this one


An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'testing',
Account: 'test', Server: 'mail.domain.com', Protoco
l: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Num
ber: 0x800CCC0B


Any ideas

1)check the properties box account, check my server requires authentication

2)username@yourdomian.com(for sub account)

3)try using IP address than using mail.yourdomain.com

4)While using webmail don't try to use OE

5)It may be poplocked , check with your server

Thanks for trying to help Chris,
but we worked until 4 am this morning we had 3 different people working on problem. We tried all of that and still we can not send mail from the add on account.
