Default Add domain with parked domains?

I do not see how to park a domain on a "add domain".

You can only do that from WHM. If you don't have access to WHM, then you need to open a support ticket with your webhost company/license provider.

I have WHM access. That seems fairly strange that you wouldn't be able to do this
from a user control panel. Why would this be left out if the functionality is there in the DSM?
