Add ftp user with only read permision

I need add a user for only read permissions of read.

I see a system for config of Proftpd based on VirtualHost.

I don't understand well, and I tired for too much test for get a solution.

If you're looking to provide download access only for some files, you could stick them in a password protected directory inside of public_html instead.
