Default Add on Modules from command line ???

Is there a way to install cpanels addon modules from command line (mod_security, tomcat, etc....) ??

I am not asking from source or rpm, I realize that. Wondering if cpanel has a way so WHM will see it installed and keep up to date on a upcp.

if you installe the add-on modules from the WHM interface, it says "Install and Keep Updated"....

are you having trouble with an add on module not behing updated?
