A user has reported that on his add-on domains, he can't get the FTP to log in using the username and password he set up for add-on...I've resynced them, had him try username@hisdomain.com, username+hisdomain.com, and nothing has worked. He can still FTP files using his main account, but really wanted the FTP for add-ons...any thoughts on what could be going on?
