Add PostgreSQL Support to PHP in CPanel System?

I have a client who wants to use PostgresSQL with their PHP scripts. I\'ve already installed PostgreSQL and have it working, now I am having difficulty adding support to PHP.

I am unable to find the ./configure script for PHP that I would use to recompile PHP. Any advice?

Download the PHP4.0.6 source code from php.net and continue as normal
