add-on won't delete, cpanel says I don't have the permision???

I am trying to delete the add-on but it won't let me.

Here is the error from cpanel:

Addon Domain Addition
The subdomain, frexxxxxxxxxx.com.xxxxx.com has been removed. Sorry, you do not control the domain xxxxxx.com!

any help is appreciated.

We have a same issue
this is what you do
through WHM delete the DNS zone for that domain
then PARK that domain
then UNPARK that domain

that will delete it properly
