Default Adding Scripts to the cgi-sys Directory?

Is it possible to add scripts to the cgi-sys directory so clients can run them off their account? I've tried installing two scripts and both scripts keeping coming up with 500 errors. One script loads correctly, but when it is executed, it comes up with the 500 error.

All of the scripts are CHMODED 755 and are owned and in the same group as all the other files in the directory. I am also running suexec.

Does anybody know how to get the scripts to work?

I tried chowning the file to 0:10 but it's still coming up with a 500 Server Error after I execute the script.

    Any other ideas?
