Addon Domain FTP accounts

Something really odd has occurred on 2 servers I administrate; the majority of addon domains have had their FTP username reset to their full domain, and the path has changed to the root of the primary account. I've attached a screenshot illustrating this.


I haven't found out how it happened and I'm not sure how to fix it. Any help would be very appreciated.

edit: i used MS paint to remove most of the unique stuff, i.e. parts of domains and the servers IP
