addon domain not added

[Waterlogged]

When I try to create a addon domain it tells me that its already created and it has not been added. I checked the DNS entries the domain isnt there any ideas?

cd /var/named

ls -al | grep domainname

if an entry exists then it has to be deleted from here as well as /etc/named.conf

restart named.
