Default Addon Domain Problem in Cpanel

I have now registered my reseller account from which I will sell hosting to the sites I design myself. It's not the idea to be a big commercial web hosting. But it is nice to have complete control over the accounts.

I do have a problem though, I have an account which has domain name linked to it. But they wanted to register another domain and add it to their account. So I registered another domain, but when I try to add it to the account through cPanel it says: "Cannot determine nameserver ip. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register."

How can I make it override as I have checked the configuration of the domain and everything should be working in order.

That would not be accessible to you as a reseller account. You'll need to contact the server administrator to change this for you.

Yes, the settings can only be overridden from admin account of WHM -> Tweak settings.
