Addon domain redirecting

Hi,

I have a user whos add on domain keeps reverting to a sub domain.

This only happens when he doesnt put a / at the end.

For instance.....

He types

http://www.addondomain.com/cms/

and it works fine ... but if he types

http://www.addondomain.com/cms

it redirects to :

http://addondomain.maindomain.com/cms/

Can anyone give me an idea of why this is happening?
