Addon Domains Disappear

After setting up addon domains, they show up in the cpanel 'Manage Addon Domains' page...

but shortly thereafter, they disappear from that page in the cpanel and show up as subdomains. (they do resolve properly)

Any help would be appreciated,

Same here.
After Cpanel upgrade from STABLE_194 to STABLE_220,
addon domains have disappeared.

Any more comments about this. I had a client send me a pretty nasty e-mail, thinking that her domains were erased. Whats odd is one of her sub-directories disappeared (this was an add-on domain)...She contacted me about the 404 she was receiving. She says she didn't remove the directory so no idea what happened to it. This has me rather concerned since we have many clients who use add-ons....

For a quick fix try this.
In WHM goto "Tweak Settings" and under "Domains" enable all four settings. Then goto cPanel as the user and try re-adding the addon domains. Just remember to go back into WHM and change the domain settings. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
