addon domains not showing completely

Hello,

I just upgraded an account for a customer, then he added a new addon domain, and the old one does not show up on Cpanel anymore under "addon domains". funny, it shows up under sub-domains.

I looked in /var/cpanel/users/account.name and saw all domains listed correctly. Also, the add on domains are all operating correctly, just not showing up in Cpanel in that section. Is there another place for the script to go gather this sort of data?

Any ideas?

I just got another one.

Very strange I have tried different skins and for some reason not all my subdomains are showing.

Again, I looked here:

I looked in /var/cpanel/users/account.name

And all looks ok, all is functioning, but not all add on domains are showing. Is there another file where this is kept?
