Addon domains not working

I have 2 clients trying to addon domain accounts. Both have them have switched name servers over 5 days ago and showing up in whois.

Addon Domain Addition


The subdomain, ferrovelho.sexyin.com has been added.

Cannot determine nameserver ip for ferrovelho.com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.

The subdomain, ferrovelho.sexyin.com has been removed.

ferrovelho.com could not be setup. The subdomain ferrovelho.sexyin.com was not setup either.

This is just one of them. Any ideas?

tweak your settings and try select &setup parked domains without registrar...&
