advanced guestbook 2.3.1

Hello.....I have installed 2 advanced guestbook through cpanel on different sites. There seems to be a small problem with it that I can't figure out how to solve. I manually installed the advanced guestbook 3 times on different sites where the host does not have cpanel. The same problem does not occur with manually installed advanced guestbooks. I'm trying to find an answer to this small problem, hopefully someone here might know.

The problem is this...if someone signs the guestbook, the webmaster will receive a mail called "new guestbook entry". If the mail is replied to, it bounces. The properties of the mail show something like this...

Name: whatever@domain.com
E-Mail Address: Person's Name
From: <Person's Name> whatever@domain.com

when I think it should be....
Name: Person's Name
E-Mail Address: whatever@domain.com
From: "Person's Name" <whatever@domain.com>

Any ideas why cpanel installed advanced guestbooks work like this? or what to do to change it so the name and email address are the way they should be?
