Default After copying an account, it does not show but download the index.php file

    Hello,

After I have moved one account from one server to another server, when I want to display the index.php file, it did not display but download.

This maybe a basic question, but can someone had the same problem?

Both servers have Apache version 2.

    Old server setup:

    Apache 2.0.63
    Cpanel: 11.18.6-STABLE, 24255
    Kernel: 2.6.9-67.0.7.ELsmp

    New server:

    WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.1-R24909
    CENTOS Enterprise 5 i686 on virtuozzo - WHM X v3.1.0
    Apache 2.2.8 (Unix)
    Kernel: 2.6.9-023stab046.2-entnosplit

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Default

Do other php files work on the server?

Your best bet would be to open a ticket @ https://tickets.cpanel.net/submit/

Default Other php files were operating ok

    Hello,

This particular files had permission with 755 for all of the .php files. I could not see why those were 755 for .php files. The new server's all other php files were 644.

This particular account hosted at other server must have had special setup with 755 for php?

I have changed all the permission to 644 for .php files. However, the same phenomina continues to download insted of showing on the browser.

    Any further ideas on this?

    Anyone?

    Thanks.

    asiams
