Decided to check that option in Tweeks again, to see if anything has changed in the past 3weeks of updates to fix this problem. Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses (php and cgi scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using phpsuexec and suexec respectively.)
Its been 3 weeks since the last time i tried to check this option. I guess nothing has been fixed as far as this is concerned. Checking the option gives me the following, still!
