All Domains point to one account

I just had a bad hard drive replaced. I resetup the server and added my ip address's. Now any domain I go to that is located on the server, it only resolves to one account all the time. Has anyone seen this before? If so, what did you do to resolve the issue?

Have a check on the httpd.conf. Please make sure that is correct.

You could give /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf a try and see what that does
