All new accounts are suspended

My 1st HDD where /home is located is almost full so I have set new home - /mnt/backup/home

Now when I create new account it located to this partition. httpd.conf has this entry too.

BUT when you go to visit site it redirects to http://server.hostname.com/suspended.page/

For all new account you create.. Cpanel shows account is active. No any .htaccess files or smth else.

Where is the bug ?

you are calling files from a home folder in your /backup ??????????

/mnt/backup is secondary HDD and was used fro backups, but now /home is full so I have set new accounts location to /mnt/backup/home/ and all new account are created here.

you can call /mnt/backup/home/ like /home2

But why they all redirect to suspended.page ?
