i have a freebsd 4.9 box
I have make a upgrade via cvsup.
After the mergemaster almost all services is down. I have make a /scripts/upcp --force and all is ok.
But after a reboot again it is down.
Can everyone help me on this?

Try to remove /usr/local/cpanel directory and then run /scripts/upcp. Just a thought.
