all .shtml with problem

all pages .shtml in my server have a problem

I see this in error_log:

firefox open a black page and ie don´t play anytinhg

what kind of page/script is behind your .shtml files?
maybe your are running out of memory (ram)?

no! I use now 19% of memory ram!

I does rename a page.htm to page.shtml

I have other servers with the same configuration in the apache and all function .shtml without problems
