All users unable to access cPanel

After moving all clients over to a new server (using the WHM transfer function) none of my clients are able to log in to cPanel. They get the login-screen and enter username and password, but the login-screen just refreshes and stays. At first I thought this was a password issue (and it still could be). I tried creating a new user and was still not able to log in. Have trued running a forced upcp, but still no solution.

Had a look at the cPanel error_log and the only thing I could see that could perhaps have something to do with this are these lines;

Cpanel::Config::LoadCpUserFile::_load('root', undef, 0) called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Config/LoadCpUserFile.pm line 25
	Cpanel::Config::LoadCpUserFile::load('root') called at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Config/LoadCpUserFile.pm line 252
	Cpanel::Config::LoadCpUserFile::loadcpuserfile('root') called at /scripts/quotacheck line 84

Kinda clueless here, so a little help would be greatly appreciated

Can you please let me know whether you are using the STABLE version of cPanel? If not you can give a try updating it to STABLE one!

WHM 11.28.64 Release was installed. Forcing a stable upgrade now. I'll let you know.
