Hi,

this option 'Prevent the user "nobody" from sending out mail to remote addresses' is checked on whm, but I want to exclude some users from this rule, is it possible?

No, it isn't with that option. You'd have to re-enable it in WHM and configure appropriate iptables firewall rules manually.
