Default AllowOverride None changes back to All for <Directory />

    Hello,

Every time I change AllowOverride to None in <Directory /> (/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf) after some time (a couple of hours), it changes back to All.

Does anyone know how to set it permanently to None?
