how is it possible to seat the global stats for the entire server, in a similar format to whats provided to my individual customers?

I would like to look at webaliser, (for instance) and see what my customer would see...but instead of seeing a specific website's stats id like to see the entire information for the whole server, all the most popular files, where all my bandwidth is going etc.

another thing is a customer posted a slow time and id like to investigate. are there logs that would indicate what loads were/are at specific times of the day in terms of bandwidth consumed and CPU demand.
