Analog.cfg Config Files?

Where does cPanel store/read config files for the different stats packages? Specifically, I need to modify Analog stats with an analog.cfg file. Where is this located and/or how would I do this?

Appreciate any help/info.

From some reason I have a user whose account didn't have any of the stats enabled on creation.

If you are looking for awstats, webalizer, analog...stats file for a domain then look into the tmp folder under user's home.

From looking through /usr/local/cpanel/cpanellogd, it does not look like you can use a custom analog.cfg file.

Looks like awstats regenerates the ~user/tmp/awstats/awstats.domain.conf every time it's run, so you can't have a custom awstats configuration file.

However, the webalizer function does an explicit check for ~user/tmp/webalizer/webalizer.conf (or ~user/tmp/webalizer/addondomain.com/webalizer.conf) so as long as you generate one of those, you can have a custom webalizer file.

I actually create that file when a new account is created to include the following webalizer.conf file, since I hate that the domain itself is listed in the webalizer referrer stats (the domain itself is almost always going to be its own biggest referrer from people clicking around the site, but this isn't really interesting information):

HideReferrer example.com
HideReferrer www.example.com

HideSite example.com
HideSite www.example.com

I have just downloaded analog and installed its source, then I can use its config file and change it as I need. Not the ideal solution... but it works

Its a pity cpanel doesnt allow you to use custom config files for analog and awstats.
