In exim_mainlog I got '535 Incorrect authentication data (set_id=email@domain.com)' everyday, not specific to certain account.
Most of them are the legitimate users who try to send email through our SMTP and fail. User name is corrent, password is correct, and user tick 'my server require authentication', I know because it happens with us twice in this week.
It seems problem fix itself if give it for a day, but It is very annoying and many time clients call us to fix it. Temporary solution for us is delete mail account and recreate it again. Anybody got the better way?
