Anonymous FTP for my clients

Hello,

Our clients can't login to their anonymous FTP accounts (configured cPanel). The client redirects them to /var/ftp, which they do not have access to. The anonymous login should redirect to /home/USER/public_ftp.

$ ftp ftp.kolinc.wbkr.nl

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello

You are not using a valid username. You have entered "anonymous", rather than "anonymous@example.com". Per our documentation, when a user tries to log into the FTP site using a client, he or she will need to format the username as anonymous@example.com where example.com represents your domain name. Requiring that the login information be entered in this way allows your server to have multiple FTP accounts across multiple websites.
