    Default Any issues with x86_64?

We're about to build a bunch of new cPanel boxes and we can't decide between a 64 bit or a 32 bit build of CentOS. We've run 32 bit for a long time and feel quite comfortable with it. Are there any issues with 64 bit or any major "gotcha's"? Are there any major benefits of 64-bit?

If it matters, we're running Intel 51xx's and mostly 4 GB of memory.

    TIA,

    Frank

64bit really only has major advantages if you are running > 4gig of memory.

We have been running several servers with centos5 and 64 bit without any issues.
