i am pulling my hair out right now. i used the tutorial on installing Ror if you're running a server with cpanel. everything works fine if i am using dispatch.cgi, but as soon as i change it to use dispatch.fcgi, the rails app fails to start. if anyone can offer any assistance, i would be GREATLY appreciative.
