May I ask any simple method to do a full system backup and restore?

If the hard drive somehow failed (e.g. physically damaged),
then how can we quickly restore the Redhat Linux, cPanel program files, user accounts and files?

We have tried to use Norton Ghost to ghost a good image,
however, it fails to restore the Linux ext filesystem.
