any way to re-instate an account terminated?

Hello,

we terminated an account that had a database driven site. We can see the data and tables on the server itself, is there a way to re-instate the account thru cpanel so that data is accesible again?

backup the databases and tables and everything you'd like to keep, move them to a special directory for this persons backup, then re-create the account, and move/copy the files back where they were.
