Default anyone 's apache goes down for unknown reasons after 2.2.19?

We upgraded to cpanel 2.2.18 and then 2.2.19 last week, since then our apache went down OFTEN for unknown reasons, such as after Graceful apache restart, apache did not come back..etc

ticket was issued, but cpanel team could not find anything, maybe 2.2.19 still new?

anyone on apache 2.2.19 and has similar issues too?

    thanks!

What is the exact error you are receiving in the log when it isn't restarting? Also, which PHP handler are you using in WHM > Apache Configuraition > PHP and SuExec Configuration area?
