Apach failed to restart

Hi everybody,

httpd failed to start, it shows the following error message when i try to restart it via ssh :

httpd not running, trying to start
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Can someone help please ?
