    Default apache 2.0?

I tried installing Coldfusion MX 6.1 cPanel/WHM server today. Apparently, this installation of CFMX has a very selective support for Apache. It's either 1.3.22 - 1.3.27 or 2.x and above.

Since cPanel is currently using 1.3.28 I had problems with my installation. I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not there is anyway of upgrading apache but still allowing it to work with cPanel/WHM.

Compile Apache manually. Just make sure that your httpd.conf file remains in the same location retaining perms/ownersh..

    Chirpy, exactly.

I'm not sure if I'll recommend the upgrade anyway.

Good luck if you really have to go on with it, and why not post your results?
