Apache Build - PHP 5.2.3 & Zend 3.2.8 Compatibility ?

Has anyone used the Apache update in WHM to recompile Apache with the latest version of PHP 5.2.3 and is using Zend 3.2.8?

I was wondering if this would cause compatibility issues between php and zend?

I am also using eAccelerator 0.9.5.1 and Ioncube 3.1.31 and had the same question about compatibility with php 5.2.3

Using 3 out of 4 on a Directadmin box without issue not sure about "Ioncube 3.1.31"
