Is there a template I can edit that makes it when new accounts are created, in the httpd.conf it would already be set to /dev/null for access logs?

I want to offer a small free hosting package and I definately don't want access logs on at all.



Another question - has the "add account" process been speeded up? I know at a high number of accounts it used to be worse than horrible for speed due to ftpupdate and some other things.
