Default Apache could not bind to port, telnetd, how do i fix?

    Hi,

Somehow, every day or so, apache keeps failing, because telnetd
decides to bind to port 443, so apache crashes, and cannot inturn bind back to port 443.

THe output from the netstat was

    13920/telnetd
    tcp 443 0 21 MYIP:80 195.93.72.24:36656 CLOSE_WAIT

S o how do I keep this program from opening, and binding toport 443. Im pretty sure telnet is disabled, so what is it? It just started happening all of asudden.
