Default apache cppop and spamd are listed as failed in service manager

In all of our servers all running 9.9.9-R70 the following services are listed as failed:

    httpd
    spamd
    cppop

However, they seem to work fine actually.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

This often happens because chkservd refreshes its stats every 5 minutes or so, so when you restart apache it might update its stats then and make it show as down. just wait 5 minutes or so or restart and you'll be fine, for future reference....
