Apache failed - httpd: bad user name global

I am receving the error while restarting Apache as -

-----------------------------
root@myserver [/etc/init.d]# /etc/init.d/httpd start
httpd: bad user name global
/etc/init.d/httpd start: httpd could not be started
-----------------------------

Can anyone please help me in this reggard

try executing the /etc/init.d/httpd configtest to see where the error is in the httpd.conf, this may help pinpoint the error. Or check your apache error_log file.
